Dublin Airport is served by 43 airlines with direct scheduled services to 110 destinations. Particularly well served are almost every European city, and major North American centres. Most European destinations are within two hours’ flying time of Dublin. Aer Lingus and BMI provide a shuttle service to London Heathrow, travelling time is approximately an hour, thus providing connections to all the long-haul flights, which arrive there. AIRPORT TRANSFERS
All you need to know about travelling to and from Dublin Airport is available at www.dublinairport.com. The airport is conveniently located approximately 10 km north of Dublin city centre. It is served by a large number of buses, coaches and taxis all allowing you to get to and from the airport with ease.INSURANCE

CANCELLATION POLICY
An administration fee of 30% will apply to cancellations received on or before 30 April 2012.
No refunds can be made for any cancellations received after 30 April 2012.
All refunds due will be processed after the conference.
Cancellations must be received in writing by the conference secretariat by the dates specified.
Credit cannot be given for unused service, unattended events or early termination of attendance.

Located at most banks, and are widespread throughout the country. They accept Visa, Mastercard, as well as PLUS and CIRRUS debit cards. Credit cards (including all those carrying the Eurocard symbol) accepted in hotels, restaurants, petrol stations, shops etc.
CLIMATE
Mild and temperate (showers can occur at any time of the year).
Summer temperatures range from 15 to 25 degrees Celsius (60 to 75° F). Spring and autumn temperatures average around 10+ degrees Celsius (50+° F).
Winter is 0 to 10° Celsius (30 to 50° F).

Thursday in Dublin - late night shopping to 8pm/9pm.
Thursday and Friday - late night shopping in most malls.
Sunday - many shops open 12.00pm to 6pm.
Duty-free shopping is available at all the international airports.
